Risk Disclosure, AML, KYC & Crypto Risk Management Policy

1. Purpose

Dalcia Ltd ("Taurus Arena") is committed to maintaining a transparent, secure, and compliant simulated proprietary trading environment.

This document explains:

  • the risks associated with simulated trading;
  • the limitations of hypothetical performance;
  • our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures;
  • our Cryptocurrency Risk Management Policy.

By using the Taurus Arena platform, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading futures, options and foreign exchange instruments involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every individual.

Participants should only trade with capital they can afford to lose.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Market conditions may change rapidly, and losses may exceed initial expectations.

Each participant is solely responsible for evaluating whether participation is appropriate based on their financial situation, objectives, experience, and risk tolerance.

3. Simulated Trading Disclosure

Taurus Arena provides access to simulated proprietary trading evaluations.

No trades executed during evaluation accounts represent transactions in live financial markets.

Simulated trading results are subject to important limitations, including but not limited to:

  • absence of real market execution;
  • simulated liquidity;
  • theoretical fills;
  • no real counterparty exposure;
  • execution assumptions;
  • hindsight effects.

Consequently, simulated performance should never be interpreted as evidence that identical results could be achieved under live market conditions.

Dalcia Ltd makes no representation that any participant will obtain profits or losses comparable to those generated within the simulated environment.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Dalcia Ltd maintains internal Anti-Money Laundering procedures designed to detect and prevent financial crime.

Compliance measures are implemented to protect the integrity of the platform and reduce the risks associated with fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities.

Dalcia Ltd reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts until verification has been successfully completed.
